Healthcare Support Worker

We are currently seeking motivated and quality-driven individuals to join our team as Healthcare Assistants in Ayrshire. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personal care, assisting with meals and activities, and identifying needs to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients
  • Assisting with daily living activities, including meals and personal hygiene
  • Identifying and meeting the needs of clients, including mobility and handling
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of UK care experience within the past 24 months
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and a patient-centered approach
  • UK driver's license and access to a car (advantageous but not essential)
  • SSSC registration
