About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to lead our Digital Loyalty team and drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to engage customers and increase loyalty program participation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a 12-month loyalty strategy to drive customer engagement and commercial efficiencies
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify key customer opportunities and drive growth through insights and data
  • Collaborate with global and market stakeholders to prioritize identified features and drive category plans forward
  • Sell in category plans to internal senior stakeholders and key agency/supplier partners
  • Develop and deliver effective media plans across owned, earned, and paid media with agency partners
  • Manage user access for our loyalty platform, Session M
  • Manage and develop a team consisting of an Assistant Brand Manager & Campaign Executive
Requirements
  • Experience in client or agency side, with demonstrable knowledge and experience with high-profile brands
  • Strong organisational skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to work proactively across multiple projects
  • Experience of helping manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of cross-channel marketing and the best channels to achieve performance marketing objectives
  • Ability to analyse key data and provide recommendations for future campaigns
  • Excellent attention to detail, seeking the best possible outcome and standard every time
  • A great communicator, frequent, clear, and accurate communication with internal and agency teams is important
  • A positive relationship builder, extremely collaborative, and able to lead partners to achieve the best outcomes in a matrix organisation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential
