About the Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Advantage Healthcare Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment that promotes the dignity and well-being of our clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
