About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality plastering and finishing services to our customers, ensuring timely completion of projects and adherence to our standard operating procedures.

As a skilled tradesperson, you will take ownership of undertaking construction, fault-finding, and maintenance repairs, aiming for first-time completion while staying within budget and time parameters.

Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as you will interact with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners, maintaining a professional demeanor and adhering to our company's values.

You will utilize our electronic systems to process tasks and activities, including worksheets, timesheets, and photographic evidence of work.

Maintaining company assets and adhering to our policies and procedures is also a key aspect of this role.

Additionally, you will participate in call-out cover to ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction for emergency repairs.

Role Criteria:

  • UK Full driving licence
  • Knowledge and experience with boarding, skimming, and float and rendering
  • Trade qualification or previous experience within the role
  • Good communication skills
