Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining complex assembly manufacturing processes, ensuring consistency and compliance with product design specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of bonding, shimming, mechanical fasteners, and multilevel assembly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement manufacturing processes that meet or exceed customer demand.
  • Create and validate standard operating procedures, work instruction sheets, quality control points, and methods of inspection.
  • Develop and maintain effective plant, equipment, and tooling strategies.
  • Plan and coordinate industrial product validation activities.
  • Evaluate risks of change and identify risk reduction actions.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree with elements of mechanical, manufacturing, and materials.
  • HND or equivalent experience.
  • Medium to high level of competency in CATIA v5 modelling application.
