Warehouse Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Exclusive Networks. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of products to meet both internal and external customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accurate and timely receipt and processing of incoming shipments, including verification of documentation and inventory management.
- Contribute to the efficient storage and retrieval of products, maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
- Support the dispatch team in preparing and shipping products to customers, adhering to KPIs and SLAs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, orders, or logistics.
- Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment, preferably with a focus on logistics and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing workload to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including occasional overtime.
- Health and Safety training or certification.
- Experience with forklift operation or other warehouse equipment.
- Previous experience in handling international shipments and logistics.
