We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our team at Exclusive Networks. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the timely delivery of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accurate and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products, meeting both internal and external customer expectations.
- Verify and process purchase orders, sales orders, and other documentation associated with product receipt and fulfillment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize warehouse operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols and procedures.
- Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the warehouse.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing workload to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Full clean UK driving license required.
- Health and Safety training.
- Previous experience in the handling of international shipments and logistics.
- Forklift driving experience.
