About the Role

As a Digital Skills Tutor, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and effective training programs to learners of all levels. You will guide students through essential digital skills, from foundational concepts to advanced topics such as programming, cybersecurity, and social media.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality digital skills training sessions to diverse groups of learners.
  • Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative training programs.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital skills trends and technologies.
Qualifications and Experience

Successful candidates will possess:

  • Proven experience in delivering digital skills training within a similar educational setting.
  • Subject-matter expertise in various digital skills areas, including but not limited to, basic computer literacy, internet navigation, email communication, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
  • A strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality learner support and guidance.
Compensation
