Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary design leader to head our 3D design team. As the Head of 3D Design, you will be responsible for shaping the visual identity and creative direction of our company. You will lead a talented team to deliver world-class content that stands out in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Define and evolve the creative direction, design language, and tone of voice for all our brands. Lead a talented team to deliver world-class content that stands out in the market.
  2. Sales-Driven Design: Leverage design as a key sales driver by ensuring that the products, promotions, and initiatives are communicated clearly and effectively to customers.
  3. Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor and assess the impact of our communications on sales and customer behavior, continuously refining strategies to optimize results.
  4. Commercial Awareness: Make informed decisions that balance creativity with commercial success, managing budgets effectively and negotiating with suppliers to ensure value for money.

Requirements:

  1. Strategic Creative & Communication: Proven experience in leading design teams and developing creative strategies that drive business growth.
  2. Design Systems & Language: Strong understanding of design systems and languages, with the ability to develop and implement design guidelines.
  3. Strong Commercial Awareness: Ability to make informed decisions that balance creativity with commercial success.
  4. Budget Control: Experience in managing budgets and negotiating with suppliers to ensure value for money.
  5. Graphic Design, Photography, Film & Animation Art Direction: Proven skills in graphic design, photography, film, and animation art direction.
  6. Customer Experience & Packaging Design: Experience in designing customer experiences and packaging that drive sales and customer loyalty.
  7. Brand Creation & Guidelines: Ability to develop and implement brand guidelines that drive consistency across all touchpoints.
  8. Advertising Across TV, Radio, Print, Digital: Experience in developing and implementing advertising strategies across multiple channels.
  9. Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to lead and manage stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  10. Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to develop and implement design solutions using these tools.
  11. Project Management & Supplier Procurement: Experience in managing projects and procuring suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of design solutions.
