About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Wholesale Manager to join our team at Rhodium Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the electrical wholesale operations and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximise Sales: Provide exceptional customer service, handle queries and orders efficiently, and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Stock Control Management: Oversee the management of electrical wholesale stock, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient stock rotation.
  • Customer and Supplier Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with electrical suppliers and contractors, ensuring a seamless supply chain.
  • Electrical Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of electrical products and sales experience, with the ability to advise customers on their needs.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with the Senior Management team to build sales and profits, and ensure the smooth running and growth of the branch.
Requirements
  • Electrical Wholesale Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in an electrical wholesale environment, with a proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Electrical Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of electrical products and sales experience, with the ability to advise customers on their needs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction.
