This position will be part of the Asset Planning & Solutions division within the AtkinsRéalis Infrastructure sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver services to clients in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment, contributing to our multidisciplinary utility consultancy and advisory team.
- Oversee project delivery throughout international project lifecycles, including masterplans, strategic studies, concept design, and construction support.
- Drive business development through effective bid management, proposal generation, scope definition, and quality responses to client tenders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across various regions, including the UK, Middle East, India, and the US, to ensure successful project execution.
- Ensure efficient project delivery within budget and timelines, adhering to AtkinsRéalis' business management protocols.
- Provide guidance to design teams on integrating sustainable cleanwater infrastructure concepts into masterplans and feasibility studies, focusing on demand calculations and sustainable practices.
- Develop and assess conceptual designs, drawings, and reports to support integrated sustainable designs.
- Lead the design of technical solutions in compliance with relevant standards and codes, aiming for a Net Zero Water framework.
- Promote the use of digital innovations and advancements in water sector solutions.
- Mentor and manage team members, from recent graduates to senior professionals.
- Understanding of the water sector and sustainability, with a commitment to addressing environmental challenges.
- A keen interest in creating innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions for clients.
- Extensive experience in project and bid management within the cleanwater sector globally, particularly in the UK and Middle East.
- Experience in water network planning, large-scale masterplans, and sustainable urban development; international experience is advantageous.
- Membership in a recognized professional organization (e.g., ICE or CIWEM).
- Strong technical background in cleanwater strategic masterplanning, including knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
- Experience with hydraulic and hydrological modeling, GIS software, and industry-standard design tools.
- Highly organized and motivated, with a strong commitment to promoting technical excellence.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Proven track record of innovation in the water sector, including digital advancements and sustainable practices.
- Willingness to adapt to various work types and locations, with readiness for short or long-term international assignments.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and deliver technically proficient projects on schedule and within budget.
