POSITION: RESIDENTIAL LETTINGS CONSULTANT

We are seeking a skilled Residential Lettings Consultant to become part of a flourishing independent Estate & Lettings Agency that is experiencing continuous growth in its lettings division.

The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of the entire lettings process, demonstrating professionalism, ambition, and a polished appearance. You should be articulate, self-driven, and capable of collaborating effectively within a team or working independently.


Key Competencies:
The essential competencies for this Residential Lettings Consultant position include:
  • Proven experience in a lettings consultant role is mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone
  • Familiarity with the local property market is advantageous
  • A valid driving license is a must
