We are seeking a seasoned Lettings Manager to lead our client's property team in Hounslow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Lettings Manager Benefits:

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm plus alternate Saturdays

Lettings Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage property instructions, maintenance repairs, and new business opportunities.
  • Conduct property matches and negotiate offers between landlords and tenants.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Schedule property viewings and register applicants.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and in person.
  • Achieve personal and branch targets.
  • Negotiate tenancies and represent the company professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with local property owners.
  • Lead a team of property experts to drive business growth and success.

Lettings Manager Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Lettings Manager.
  • Multi-lingual preferred but not essential.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings.
  • Proven experience in sales progression and valuations.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused approach and a competitive drive to succeed.
  • A valid UK driving licence.
