Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Specialist to join our team. As a Telemarketing Specialist, you will be responsible for lead generation via telephone and filling our sales team's diary with appointments. You will be the face of our company, and your primary goal will be to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through telephone calls and appointments
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers in the hospitality industry
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing and potential customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
  • Assist with other business development activities as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telemarketing and lead generation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in selling to the hospitality industry is a plus
