Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operative to join our team at First Call Contract Services. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality flower bouquets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strip stems of leaves and prepare flowers for production
  • Replenish lines with flowers and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Cut stems and prepare bouquets for packaging
  • Make boxes and prepare for production of glass and/or pots
  • Sleeve and/or wrap bouquets, box, strap, and bucket fill
  • Work safely and efficiently, maintaining a neat and tidy work area
