Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for coordinating with our finance function on a daily basis and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to resolve any financial discrepancies or concerns.
  • Reconcile statements and negotiate repayment plans to ensure prompt payments.
  • Manage the aged debtor report and reconcile data reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the finance manager to produce reports and ad-hoc requirements, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in dealing with overdue debt and invoicing.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to analyze data and create reports.
