Your Role:
As the Hotel Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and enforcing standard operating procedures across all departments, ensuring effective performance management at every level. You will collaborate with the senior management team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the hotel, leveraging all available opportunities to enhance revenue and oversee the hotel's operations in the absence of the General Manager. Additionally, you will monitor guest feedback and take appropriate actions to address any concerns. Your role will also involve supporting Heads of Departments in effectively recruiting and nurturing their teams, fostering a culture of engagement and service excellence.
