About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a High-Performance Technical Engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Define and enforce software engineering standards, ensuring effective delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Drive transformation and lead change to deliver positive outcomes, leveraging Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Communicate confidently and effectively at a senior level, influencing stakeholders and driving business growth.
  • Experience with Microsoft Technology stack and portal/mobile app development, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.

About You:

  • Proven track record in a large matrixed IT function, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and trends.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders, driving collaboration and results.
