Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and pupils in a primary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons to pupils
  • Assist with the management of pupil behavior and provide guidance on social and emotional development
  • Contribute to the development of pupil learning plans and track progress
  • Provide one-to-one support to pupils who require additional help
  • Collaborate with teachers to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for pupil progress
Requirements:
  • Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and ability to deliver engaging lessons
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
