Job Title: Innovation and Technology Lead

83zero Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Innovation and Technology Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Cloud Advisory capability unit, you will play a critical role in driving cloud transformation on Microsoft cloud technologies across our clients in various industry sectors.

About the Role

This is a high-impact position that requires a strong technology focus in client transformation to Microsoft cloud across the end-to-end journey. You will be responsible for providing technology leadership on Microsoft cloud technologies, helping clients navigate their cloud transformation on Microsoft Cloud, and establishing long-term relationships with CxOs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement cloud adoption strategies and roadmaps for clients on Azure, leveraging the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework.
  2. Lead large-scale migrations to Azure, including landing zone build, discovery & assessment, intake planning, migration execution, and post-migration activities.
  3. Collaborate with Microsoft alliance & partner teams, partner architects, and customer success teams to deliver successful engagements.
  4. Develop thought leadership, go-to-market offerings, and innovation business solutions that help clients realize value from Microsoft products and services.
  5. Design and deploy Azure & hybrid solutions, with expertise across key workloads including Compute, Security, Networking, Storage, AVS, AVD, Linux, and other Azure Infrastructure services.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Microsoft cloud technologies to provide guidance to clients on technology trends and opportunities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Experience in cloud strategy and implementation for large and mid-size organizations on Microsoft Azure and other Microsoft cloud technologies.
  2. Broad knowledge across all areas of Microsoft cloud, including Azure, security, Data & AI, Power Platform, and Office 365.
  3. Experience in developing cloud adoption strategy and roadmaps for clients on Azure, with a deep understanding of the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework.
  4. Experience in large-scale migration to Azure, including landing zone build, discovery & assessment, intake planning, migration execution, and post-migration activities.
  5. Experience working with Microsoft alliance & partner teams, partner architects, and customer success teams.
  6. Experience in proactively selling the business value of Azure and other Microsoft services to client executives.
  7. Experience in developing thought leadership, go-to-market offerings, and innovation business solutions that help clients realize value from Microsoft products and services.
  8. Experience in architecture, design, and deployment of Azure & hybrid solutions.
  9. Experience across expertise across key workloads including Compute, Security, Networking, Storage, AVS, AVD, Linux, and other Azure Infrastructure services.
  10. Understanding of industry clouds provided by Microsoft in one or more industry domains.
