About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join our Liverpool team at PIB Group. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional advice and exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of insurance products, including property owners, engineering, contract all risks, terrorism, and management liability.
- Manage a book of renewals up to 600 policies and develop effective working relationships with account executives and customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with insurers and produce correspondence to required timeframes and quality standards.
- Issue and process new business documents, mid-term adjustments, cancellations, and renewals.
- Provide new business quotations and re-broking existing renewals.
- Attend face-to-face client meetings and keep accurate records.
- Answer general queries competently and attend training courses as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an account handling role (insurance) is required.
- Client service and administrative experience, adhering to processes and systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to work in a team and possess good communication skills.
- A basic understanding of the broking insurance market and the role of regulation and compliance.
- Organized with good time management skills and computer literate with good experience of using MS Office Suite.

- A competitive salary between £30,000 - £32,000 depending on experience.
