Machine Operator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Crewe. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the production line to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and maintenance of production lines, addressing any issues that may arise
  • Oversee and execute automated and manual cleaning of equipment to uphold cleanliness and Health and Safety standards
  • Monitor and reduce product and chemical waste and rejects within the team's duties
  • Manage the delivery and attaching of raw chemicals, gases, and hazardous materials to the line in readiness for production

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment with familiarity with relevant machinery and equipment
