If this resonates with you, the Inventory Reconciliation Analyst position at Harding Retail could present an exciting opportunity.
Role Details:
This position is offered on a 10-month fixed-term contract and is integral to verifying stock (both asset and consignment) within our retail operations. This involves coordinating stock counts, collaborating closely with onboard personnel and corporate teams such as IT and Profit Protection. Occasional travel may be required for stock assessments.
The role is based in a hybrid working model, allowing for flexibility in your work location.
Compensation Package: Competitive salary, performance bonus, pension scheme, life assurance, healthcare benefits, and 25 days of annual leave.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize stock counting schedules for vessels, aligned with their itineraries.
- Analyze and assess counting results, collaborating with the business as necessary.
- Develop and manage manual tracking documents for vessels when required.
- Request recounts when initial results do not meet established standards.
- Implement approved stock adjustments as needed.
- Maintain the stock take tracker to reflect the status of all counts.
- Reconcile vendor accounts for consignment stock.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and improved operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile:
- Proficient in Excel with a keen eye for detail in managing large volumes of data.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build effective stakeholder relationships and collaborate within a team.
- Quick adaptability to new systems and processes.
- Possession of a valid UK driving license.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
