HR Business Partner Opportunity

Executive Network Group is seeking a commercially focused HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HRBP, you will provide strategic, operational, and transformational support to our distribution/warehousing business.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HRBP roles, with a strong ability to work on strategic HR projects, including change management, TUPE, and organizational development. You will need to be able to build proactive relationships with key stakeholders and confidently handle high-level, sensitive, and complex ER cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strategic HR support to the site, engaging with key stakeholders and ensuring the HR service meets business needs.
  2. Oversee the activities of a site-based HR Advisor, focusing on BAU activities and low-level ER issues.
  3. Support the strategic aspirations of the SLT, implementing global projects at a local level as dictated by Global HQ.
  4. Develop the HR Advisor and contribute to operational aspects as required.

Requirements:

  1. Experience as an HRBP with a strong track record of delivering strategic HR projects.
  2. Ability to work in a matrix structure and implement global projects at a local level.
  3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  4. Confidence in handling high-level, sensitive, and complex ER cases.
