Job Overview

At DPD Group UK, we're seeking a skilled and reliable Collection and Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely parcel delivery.

Responsibilities

* Load and unload parcels from our 3.5-tonne vans, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
* Drive safely and efficiently, navigating through various terrains and traffic conditions
* Provide excellent customer service, handling queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily delivery targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Hold a full UK driving license with at least 12 months of regular driving experience
* Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, flexibility, and teamwork
* Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations
* Be physically fit, with the capacity to lift, load, and carry parcels as required
