Head of Housekeeping

Oxford Health NHS Trust is seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the role of Head Housekeeper. This position requires strong leadership experience, either from the healthcare or hotel industry, and the ability to work within a controlled environment, leading a small team.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean and safe environment is maintained at all times for both patients and staff. This will include managing a small team of housekeeping staff, ordering supplies via the Trust E-ordering system, and supervising staff. IT skills are necessary, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Requirements- Good general education
- NVQ level 3 relevant certificate or relevant experience
- Knowledge of COSHH regulations
- IT skills - basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good communication skills
- Flexible working
