Main Responsibilities- Ensure a clean and safe environment is maintained at all times for both patients and staff.
- Manage a small team of Housekeeping staff, including ordering supplies, managing rotas, and supervising staff.
- Provide staff training and induction, and ensure IT skills are up to date.
