Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Gloucester Robinswood Hotel, Signature Collection By Best Western. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our hotel is clean, comfortable, and inviting for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Clean and Maintain Guest Areas**: Ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, linen rooms, and cupboards are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • **Exceptional Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding promptly to their needs and ensuring that their stay with us is memorable.
  • **Teamwork and Communication**: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the hotel, communicating effectively to ensure that all areas are cleaned to a high standard within the allocated time frame.
  • **Attention to Detail**: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, spotting areas that require extra attention, such as stains or damaged items.
  • **Physical Demands**: Be physically fit and able to carry out the physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving heavy objects, standing for extended periods of time, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • **Previous Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the importance of attention to detail in housekeeping.
  • **Excellent Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the hotel.
  • **Physical Fitness**: Physical fitness, with the ability to carry out the physical demands of the job.
