About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Clearwell Castle, a multi-award-winning wedding venue in the UK. As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our castle wedding venue is immaculately presented for our couples and their guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a smile and provide a warm welcome to our castle wedding venue
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and maintenance of bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas, including polishing, bed making, and hovering
  • Assist with the setup of wedding décor, including chair sashes and other decorative elements
  • Ensure that all areas of the castle wedding venue are clean and tidy, including toilets and communal spaces

Requirements

  • A positive and friendly attitude, with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work on a rota basis, covering weekends and weekday shifts
  • Availability to work midweek, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service to our couples and their guests
