As a Night Care Supervisor at our luxury care and nursing home in Highgate, you will inspire and develop a team of care assistants, utilizing your experience and leadership qualities to drive excellence in resident care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and guide a small team of care assistants, organizing and leading by example
  • Monitor and review residents' care plans, ensuring adherence by all team members
  • Record and report residents' daily progress accurately

Requirements:

  • Experience in care, with an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and a recognized medication administration qualification
