Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager/Director to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a Senior Account Manager/Director, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of national accounts, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of national accounts, including full P&L responsibility for a Top 4 Grocery Account
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including demand planning and customer service teams
  • Identify opportunities for incremental activation and promotions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales plans
  • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Proven track record of success in managing national accounts and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
