The Children's Society, with a legacy of over 140 years, is committed to aiding vulnerable children and adolescents. Our Retail Division is on the lookout for a Retail Operations Assistant to help enhance sales, oversee inventory, and expand our presence within the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Shop Manager in optimizing sales performance
- Operate the shop during the Shop Manager's absence
- Facilitate communication among team members and volunteers
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong communication abilities
- GCSE qualifications in English and Maths or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of the retail sector and capability to supervise volunteers
- Experience in cash management and customer interaction
