Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Team Leader to lead a team of maintenance engineers at our manufacturing facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 4 maintenance engineers in performing planned and reactive maintenance on various equipment, including mills, robots, roasters, blow lines, and blenders.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules, PPMs, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of spare parts to ensure timely replacement and minimize downtime.
  • Present breakdown data and maintenance reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer, with team lead experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving maintenance excellence.
  • Strong technical knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
