Medical Records Specialist Job Description

About the Role:

Fletchers Solicitors Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and organized Medical Records Specialist to join their Medical Records team. As a Medical Records Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the legal teams within Fletchers Group by requesting medical records, processing incoming medical records bundles, and instructing cases for pagination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requesting medical records and relevant documentation from various organizations
  • Reviewing records to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Processing and uploading medical records to the Case Management system
  • Archiving and locating stored media
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Highly motivated, organized, and proactive
  • Ability to work as a team member and remotely
