We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Content Coordinator to join our eCommerce Total Platform Content team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Total Platform at Next is a cutting-edge online service that offers brands a comprehensive solution for eCommerce, including website, warehousing, logistics, customer care, marketing, and customer data management. As a Senior Content Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Total Platform partners, such as Reiss, Gap, and Victoria's Secret.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with internal stakeholders, offshore teams, and 3rd parties to update and deploy new and exciting content across our family of websites. You will use our various CMS applications to deliver updates in a timely and efficient manner.

We are looking for a passionate and fashion-forward individual who is willing to get stuck in and make their mark at one of the UK's biggest retailers. As a Senior Content Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from homepage and landing page updates to navigation and search banner deployments.

About the Role

  • Update our platform using our CMS and CDN as per business requests.
  • Deploy and edit new and exciting content daily across Total Platform clients.
  • Liaise with external clients and internal teams to ensure requests and issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
  • Manage website issues, projects, and tasks within project management software.
  • Work closely with our Online Trade & QA teams to ensure all website changes and updates are signed-off and launched on time.

About You

  • Experience in an eCommerce environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Experience updating online content using a CMS, preferably CoreMedia.
  • A good technical mind and general understanding of HTML, CSS, and XML is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and a real team ethic.
  • A genuine interest in fashion retail and eCommerce.
  • Highly motivated with the capability to work independently.
  • Adaptable to change and willing to support other team members when required.
  • Good at breaking down problems and finding relevant solutions.
  • Available to work callout shifts occasionally.
  • Excellent planning, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google applications.
