Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Llandudno. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to individuals with mental health needs, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with mental health needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Support individuals to engage in activities and hobbies
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably with mental health
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
