Your Role:

As a Self-Checking Room Attendant, you will uphold our brand standards and ensure immaculate guest accommodations. You will take ownership of your work, maintaining high cleanliness standards and preparing rooms for our guests.

You will seize every opportunity to create memorable experiences for our guests, providing personalized service that they will cherish.

In your role within the housekeeping department, you will:

  • Ensure guest rooms are well-presented through thorough cleaning, including bedrooms and bathrooms, changing linens, vacuuming, polishing, and dusting
  • Engage with guests to foster loyalty and create memorable experiences
  • Guarantee that our guests enjoy high levels of comfort and quality
  • Take pride in your work

As a Self-Checking Room Attendant, your attention to detail will be crucial in delivering consistent standards. This role is vital to the hotel's operations and the service provided to our guests throughout their stay. You will enjoy interacting with guests, offering assistance, and efficiently resolving inquiries while maintaining a friendly demeanor. We encourage you to bring your authentic self to work, as we value attitude over experience and provide training to develop your skills.
