About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Team Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing a team of account handlers and managing your own clients. You will have the opportunity to mentor and manage a team, and for more senior candidates, you may have the opportunity to be on the board for the company.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in insurance, ideally with commercial experience. You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Account Handler, and CII exams are preferable but not essential. You will need to have excellent people skills and the ability to communicate with people from all backgrounds. You will be a team player who wants to be part of a close-knit and successful business.
