Job Overview

The position involves leveraging regulatory knowledge to assist clients in achieving comprehensive regulatory compliance and traceability through our innovative regulatory mapping platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct expert reviews of the outcomes generated by our clients' automated regulatory mapping systems.
  • Participate in the continuous design, development, and refinement of the regulatory mapping platform.
  • Advise the Business Development and Relationship Management teams on the identification and prioritization of regulations for inclusion in the platform.
  • Collaborate with the Insights and Analytics team to analyze the implications of the regulatory mapping results on client indices.
  • Support clients in evaluating the outputs of the regulatory mapping solution.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding inquiries related to regulatory mapping.
  • Contribute to enhancing the regulatory knowledge base within the organization.
  • Engage in client meetings to present regulatory mapping findings and address specific requests as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to our Data Technical Standards in the context of regulatory mapping and essential risk and control content.
  • Continuously monitor, assess, and improve the quality and accuracy of regulatory mappings.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in a regulatory capacity, particularly in translating regulations into actionable requirements.
  • Demonstrated understanding of risk and control frameworks and their interaction with Non-Financial Risk Management processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of key regulations affecting financial services across various jurisdictions.
  • Experience with internal and external audits, as well as familiarity with regulatory scrutiny focusing on governance and controls.
  • Interest in Artificial Intelligence and its applications in regulation, risk management, and controls.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic fintech environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proven track record of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
