HydraFacial is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing tier 3 existing accounts, driving reordering of consumable products, and supporting in-country sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage inactive and low-volume accounts to provide business development support and re-activate them to a higher tier.
  • Meet or exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs or Quota as outlined by the Regional Sales Director.
  • Make outgoing calls to prioritized accounts based on potential and needs for the region.
  • Conduct virtual additional trainings as needed.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
  • Utilize customer feedback to generate ideas for new promotions.
  • Attend company sales meetings, events, and trainings as needed.
  • Grow progressively a number of accounts to be returned to BDM for field support.
  • Responsible for improving our customers' experience and delivering exceptional sales optimization on a daily basis.
  • Maintains regular contact with multiple clients using sales automation tools to generate awareness of products and services.
  • Supports other sales team members in activity tracking, consumable purchases, tier level up, etc.
  • Ensure all account interactions and sales activities are logged accurately in the company CRM tool for comprehensive record-keeping and analysis.
  • Help clients understand how to position the HydraFacial treatment inside their practices and businesses, ensuring maximum device usage and increased ordering of consumables, revenue per device, and client profitability/ROI.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in sales or inside sales position required managing accounts and selling into the aesthetics market dermatology/plastic surgery.
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems (NetSuite).
  • Strong phone presence and experience in making high-volume phone calls in a day.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with experience in presenting to all account levels.
  • Excellent networking skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Self-starter and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in MS office applications.
  • Fluency in English a must.
