About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Engage with customers to understand their shopping needs and preferences, making recommendations and suggestions to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, promote products, and drive business growth.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies, promotions, and events to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
