Job Role:
As a key member of the JRL Group's leadership team, you will be responsible for driving quality objectives for the Precast business unit. This will involve leading and measuring quality initiatives, producing regular reports, and ensuring that testing procedures are followed and adhered to. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement within the manufacture processes and setting visual and manual standards of work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead a team of quality professionals to ensure that quality objectives are met.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that quality procedures are being followed.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and industry standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
