Who we need Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • To set the standards of behaviour required to provide a positive learning environment. Work with staff to produce and implement whole college plans, initiatives and strategies to improve student behaviour.
  • To encourage and promote non-discriminatory behaviour and ensure equality and diversity is sustained within the college
  • Take an overview on attendance for the Campus and work with the curriculum and pastoral leads to review and implement improvement strategies
  • Review the outcomes from the college’s student voice and liaise with curriculum areas/tutorial teams to improve provision
  • To encourage and promote non-discriminatory behaviour and ensure equality and diversity is sustained within the college
  • Maintain the highest quality student experience and centre community outside of learning areas.
What you’ll bring The successful candidate will be self-motivated and dedicated to students, being at the heart of the Campus. You will have experience of leading a varied curriculum and have a proven track record of delivering high quality results. You will be used to working with support services to build sustainable relationships and improve outcomes for students. You will be a strong communicator with a collaborative style, and above all be committed to the highest standards, inspiring others to achieve the best results.
