Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate high value claims, covering every aspect from policy coverage to litigation, gathering evidence and supporting principal fee earners in case preparation.
  • Manage a variety of complex, specialised cases related to catastrophic injuries and large loss.
  • Approach cases with care, sensitivity, and empathy due to their sensitive nature.
  • Take statements from witnesses.
  • Investigate claims.
  • Review medical records.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in general or specialised personal injury law or civil litigation, or come from a commercial litigation background.
  • Strong desire to support others and a proven track record of managing and supporting their own caseloads.
  • Previous experience working within personal injury is required.
