Job Summary
We are seeking a highly respected Senior Tax Manager to join our Private Client Tax team. As a key trusted adviser, you will take responsibility for a UHNW portfolio of domestic and international families, entrepreneurs, business owners, and family offices.
Key Responsibilities
• Undertake ad hoc income and capital taxes planning, including offshore structuring, remittance, and domicile advice.
• Advise on shareholder planning, transaction-related personal tax issues, and PE work, if you have expertise in those areas.
• Develop and implement business development and networking initiatives to enhance your reputation across the private client field.
Requirements
• Proven experience in Private Client Tax, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong business development skills, with a proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
