Key Responsibilities:- HR Management:
- Oversee all HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes within our agency environment.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with The Opportunity Hub UK's overall business objectives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.
- Finance Operations:
- Perform all bookkeeping duties, including managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting under the guidance of senior management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Proven experience in HR and bookkeeping roles within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of agency operations and culture.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software and HR management systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
