Part-Time HR and Finance Specialist

The Opportunity Hub UK is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time HR and Finance Specialist to join our growing team. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on our operations while maintaining a flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Management:
    • Oversee all HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
    • Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes within our agency environment.
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with The Opportunity Hub UK's overall business objectives.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.
  • Finance Operations:
    • Perform all bookkeeping duties, including managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
    • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
    • Assist with budgeting and forecasting under the guidance of senior management.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR and bookkeeping roles within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of agency operations and culture.
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping software and HR management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
