HR/Payroll Specialist

Fed Finance is a dedicated recruitment firm specializing in Accounting & Corporate Finance roles. Our client, a group of private clinics, is seeking a seasoned Payroll & HR specialist to support the HR Director.
The ideal candidate will have previous payroll department experience or working with outsourced payroll providers. They should also have experience in a diverse, multi-site organization and possess excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Payroll Management: data submissions, payroll reviewing, BACS payment, statutory payments
- Act as a point of contact: dealing with payroll enquiries from employees
- Pension and Benefits Administration: managing pension schemes, employment benefits & ensuring compliance with regulations
- HR and Payroll Process: maintaining payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies & procedures
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) and excellent problem-solving skills. They should also have good knowledge of HR processes and Pension schemes.
