Job Description

As an Asset Inspection Team Leader, you'll direct and inspire the success of a team involved in everything from inspection and faulting to maintenance and renewal. You'll establish safety arrangements, check the quality of work, and ensure that our railway network is safe and reliable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of engineers and technicians to inspect and maintain railway assets
  • Developing and implementing safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Coordinating maintenance and renewal activities to minimize disruption to passengers and freight users
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure that our railway network is safe, reliable, and efficient

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing. You'll need to have knowledge of discipline-specific maintenance, inspection, faulting, and renewal techniques. A relevant qualification or equivalent experience is essential.
