Job Title: Solicitor - Home-Based

We are partnering with a Local Authority client in the West Midlands to appoint a Housing Management & ASB Lawyer on a locum basis for 6-12 months.

This role offers home working with regular Court attendance required in the West Midlands at short notice. The hourly rate for the role is £45 p/hour UMB.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a mixed caseload of ASB and housing management, including handling succession, possessions, and introductory tenancies
  • Handling own advocacy, including regular attendance at Court in the West Midlands, often at short notice
  • Supporting the City Solicitor and Legal team with regard to the conduct of legal casework

Requirements:

  • Conducting own advocacy
  • Strong knowledge of Housing Management & ASB

Working Hours:

  • 35 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday
