    • Collaborate with the Property Assets Manager to ensure adherence to statutory obligations and optimize maintenance operations.
    • Ensure all properties are maintained to a high standard, meeting the needs of tenants and other key stakeholders, and contributing to a positive customer experience.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance strategies to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
